Apparently the management has changed and the new nail techs are not so friendly. However, as of today I will not be returning. I have always received great service here and never complained about the wait times because I knew I would get the best service. I am a frequent customer literally every 2 weeks since they opened. One month ago I would have given this nail salon a great review! I loved this nail shop since the Grand Opening. We’re never going here again - it was beyond disastrous. To top it off they changed me to remove the nails - this after I endured all sorts of pain. My daughter had her nails done as well - none of the nails’ shapes are the same. I started bleeding & he offered to spray alcohol on it - as if I wasn’t in enough pain.

I then switched tech again - this time he pulled the skin away from my nail, twice. Pretty certain they’re only supposed to soak the nails, not the entire finger. By the time the nails were finished dissolving The skin on my fingers was white and dry. I switched techs - this woman put my entire finger tips into a bowl of solution. The man next to me was correct - they were supposed to be soaked. I voiced my concern - asking about another way to have them removed. Thankfully he spoke up and told me that isn’t how they were supposed to be removed. Two of the pieces of nail actually flew off and hit the man sitting next to me. Cutting away & pulling I can’t tell you how painful this was. The tech began pulling them right off of my fingers. Being that this was my first time having a set of gel nails removed I wasn’t certain of how that was actually supposed to happen. Tonight I asked to have my gel nails removed and an a complete replacement set. Had good experience with no-chip and my first set of gel nails.
